Online 'appointment booking'
We are now offering online 'appointment booking' with doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants. Please bring your proof of ID to obtain your username and password from receptionist to access online services. Registered users can click on this link for online booking.
Health & Social Care Information Centre
are undertaking a data extraction programme to obtain information from GP records, which does not reveal patient identities, to help plan and improve patient care and services. Posters and leaflets are available in the surgery and more information can be found at www.nhs.uk/caredata .

Summary Care Record
There is a new Central NHS Computer System called the Summary Care Record (SCR). The Summary Care Record is meant to help emergency doctors and nurses help you when you contact them when the surgery is closed. Initially, it will contain just your medications and allergies.

Ashby Turn Primary Care Centre offer all patients over the age of 75 a Care Review.
We also offer an Information Booklet which contains information about the services which are offered by Ashby Turn and also contact details for other services which you may find useful. A copy of this booklet is available below or can be collected from the surgery.
